Director of Vincennes University’s Center for Applied Robotics & Automation, has agreed
to take on the role of Interim Dean of the College of Technology effective January
1st, 2026. Kim is an accomplished leader in workforce development, higher education,
and a veteran of the U.S. Army and the Indiana Army National Guard, serving in Afghanistan
during Operation Enduring Freedom.
As the director of CARA, she oversees a multi-million dollar grant, leads curriculum innovation, and expands access to collaborative robotics across Indiana schools. With over two decades of experience in teaching, program management, corporate training, and military service, Kimberly has managed nationally recognized apprenticeship models, taught a variety of technical subject areas, and driven strategic partnerships with industry.
She holds an associate’s degree in Computer Integrated Manufacturing and Robotics, and a bachelor’s degree in Technology Management, both from Vincennes University. She earned a dual master’s from Ball State University in Executive Development for Public Service and Adult & Community Education. Kim is also a Certified Professional in Talent Development.
